4. Consider and act upon the adoption of an ordinance amending Ordinance Number 2020-03-12, which continued, renewed and extended among other matters the Amended Declaration of Local Disaster for Public Health Emergency issued on March 20, 2020, and any other declarations or amendments thereto.

5. Consider and act upon an ordinance of the Frisco City Council postponing to the November 3, 2020 uniform election date the general election scheduled to be held on May 2, 2020 for the purpose of electing persons to the offices of Mayor and Places 5 and 6 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and public health emergency and taking all steps necessary to effectuate the same.
