32. Public Hearing: Hold a public hearing considering renewal of Article V (Juvenile Curfew) of Chapter 54 of the City of Frisco, Texas Code of Ordinance; a Juvenile Curfew Ordinance in Texas must be re-approved every three (3) years. (Police/DS)

Consider and act upon approval of a Development Agreement between the City of Frisco and Landon Homes that amends a portion of Development Agreement 02-04-77R and addresses park fees, parkland dedication, development rights, construction of offsite sanitary sewer facilities, impact fees and other development-related issues for 630.4+ acres located on the southwest corner of Coit Road and Eldorado Parkway, and adoption of a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute the agreement.
