Consider and act upon a Resolution authorizing an Amendment to the Project Plan and Financing Plan for Reinvestment Zone Number One, City of Frisco, Texas, and to enlarge the boundaries of the Reinvestment Zone Number One; calling a Public Hearing with regard to such Amendments and enlargement of boundaries; providing an effective date; and resolving other matters related thereto. 44. Consider and act upon a Resolution to cast a ballot electing a member to the Collin Central Appraisal District Board of Directors for a term of two (2) years beginning January 1, 2020. (CSO/KM)

45. Consider and act upon a Resolution to cast a ballot electing a member to the Denton Central Appraisal District Board of Directors for a term of two (2) years beginning January 1, 2020. (CSO/KM)
