IT'S A LOCATION WHERE YOU MAY NOT NEED A FULL SIGNAL. WHEN SOMEONE PUSHES THE BUTTON TO CROSS THE STREET, THE LIGHT WILL FIRST FLASH YELLOW, THEN TURN SOLID YELLOW BEFORE TURNING RED TO STOP TRAFFIC.
