39. Consider and act upon an Ordinance establishing rules of procedure for the conduct of public testimony at meetings of City of Frisco boards, commissions, and committees that are subject to the Texas Open Meetings Act. (CSO/KM)

40. Consider and act upon the appointment of two (2) members (Place 6 - Alternate #1) and (Place 8 - Alternate #3) to the Board of Adjustment/Construction Board of Appeals for a term of one (1) year each beginning on October 1, 2019 and ending on September 30, 2020. (CSO/KM)

Consider and act upon an Ordinance amending Frisco’s Code of Ordinances, Ordinance No. 06-03-31, as amended , Chapter 2 (Administration), Article III (Authorities, Boards, and Commissions), Division 2 (Housing Authority), modifying the term limit provision applicable to Frisco Housing Authority Board Commissioners to allow for the extension of certain commissioners’ terms upon the majority vote of City Council.
