THE   CONCOURSE WILL ALSO BE OVERHAULED CREATING MORE  CONCESSION AREAS AND RESTROOMS. PLUS A 6,000 SQ FT   VIDEO BOARD AT THE NORTH END OF THE STADIUM WILL  WELCOME FANS. THE STADIUM WILL   REMAIN OPEN DURING THE PROJECT, WHICH IS EXPECTED  TO BEGIN THE FIRST OF 2025 AND TAKE ABOUT 3 YEARS TO   COMPLETE. THE RENOVATIONS ARE JUST THE BEGINNING  FOR THE HUNT FAMILY'S VISION. THE FRISCO ECONOMIC   DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION APPROVED $25 MILLION IN  INCENTIVES FOR A MIXED USE PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT   AROUND TOYOTA STADIUM. A HOTEL, RESIDENTIAL  TOWER AND OFFICE BUILDINGS ALONG WITH RETAIL   AND RESTAURANTS ARE PLANNED.
