Public Comment

In accordance with the Open Meetings Act, the Commission will hear comments of public interest pertaining to the Arts of Collin County, but any discussion shall be limited to placing the item on a future agenda for discussion except only specific factual information or an explanation of current policy may be made in response to an inquiry. Remarks are limited to three (3) minutes per speaker with a maximum of 15 minutes of General Discussion. Other time restraints may be directed by the President. Speakers will be notified when their speaking time has expired.
