Consider and act on a Special Exception (Ordinance 11-04-09, Section 6.10) to reduce the side yard setback from seven (7) feet to five (5) feet for an existing structure on one lot on Gladstone Court 230? feet north of Carriage Hill Lane, also known as 11952 Gladstone Court, The Village at Panther Creek Phase 1, Block D, Lot 33. Neighborhood #9.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Board discussion with City Staff concerning any actions required by City Staff as a result of any item on tonight's agenda.

Possibly direct City Staff to schedule topic(s) for discussion at a future meeting.
