Discussion regarding annual budget including all funds and all matters incident there to
Consider and Act upon Proposed Tax Rate and Recording Individual Vote.
Consider and Act upon a Resolution calling for Public Hearings on the City of Frisco Proposed Tax Rate.
Discuss the applications received for Boards and Commissions and nominate and select, by consensus, applicants to be interviewed for certain Boards and Commissions including, but not limited to, Community Development Corporation, Economic Development Corporation, and the Planning and Zoning Commission. (CSO/JP)
Discussion and possible action on appointing a Citizen Bond Committee for a proposed bond election in May 2014.
CLOSED SESSION
Recess into Closed Session in compliance with Section 551.001 et. seq. Texas Government Code, to wit;
Section 551.087. Deliberation regarding commercial or financial information that the City has received from a business prospect and to deliberate the offer or other incentives to a business prospect.
Reconvene into Regular Session and take any action necessary as a result of the Closed Session.
