Please join us at a Community Open House and share your ideas for making Frisco the place you want to live, work, and play now and in the future. Frisco is updating the Comprehensive Plan, the Plan that outlines the city?s vision of the future and provides guidance on how and where development occurs in the city. Your ideas and suggestions are important to our future quality of life and economic vitality. Join with your neighbors to imagine Frisco?s future! At the open house, you will: ? Learn about the comprehensive planning process and the goals of the Plan update. ? Share your ideas to help us develop a preferred growth scenario. ? Tell us about the implementation strategies and actions that you feel are the best fit for Frisco. This open house is designed so you can come and go as you please. There will be ?stations? with information about various aspects of Frisco?s future ? guiding principles, growth scenarios, and Frisco as a place to live, work, learn, play, and travel. The activities at each station will give you choices about how to share your ideas for Frisco to influence the final, preferred growth scenario and the implementation strategies and actions. You can visit any or all of these stations beginning at 6 p.m. At 7 p.m., a brief presentation will explain the City?s objectives in updating the plan, the plan update process, and the research on important issues that is underway now. After the presentation, you will again be able to visit any of the stations to share your ideas and imagine the best possible future for Frisco. Please join us!
