CLOSED SESSION

Recess into Closed Session in compliance with Section 551.001 et. seq. Texas Government Code, to wit;

Section 551.071. Meeting with City Attorney regarding a matter(s) in which the duty of the City Attorney under the Texas Disciplinary rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas conflicts with the Open Meetings Act regarding:

Receive legal advice regarding the proposed Master Settlement Agreement by and among Exide Technologies, the City of Frisco, Texas, the Frisco Economic Development Corporation, and the Frisco Community Development Corporation, and reimbursement of costs associated therewith.

Reconvene into Regular Session and take any action necessary as a result of the Closed Session.

REGULAR AGENDA

Consider and act upon approval of the Master Settlement Agreement by and among Exide Technologies, the City of Frisco, Texas, the Frisco Economic Development Corporation, and the Frisco Community Development Corporation and the Resolution authorizing the Frisco Economic Development Corporation President to execute the same and to take all actions necessary to effectuate the same.

Consider and act upon adoption of the Resolution expressing the Frisco Economic Development Corporation's official intent to reimburse costs of project described in agenda item number 3 above.
