REGULAR AGENDA

Consider and act upon approval of the Term Sheet by the National Videogame Museum for the use of space in the Frisco Discovery Center (CMO / BB).

Consider and act upon adoption of a Resolution directing publication of notice of projects and notice of public hearing for the expenditure of funds for Community Development Corporation participation towards improvements relating to the National Videogame Museum for the purposes of economic and community development.

Consider and act upon a Second Amendment to the Development Agreement by and between the City of Frisco and the Museum of the American Railroad.

Consider and act upon approval to authorize the City Manager to execute an Electric Line Easement by and between the City of Frisco and Denton County Electric Cooperative, Inc, d/b/a COSERV Electric relating to the construction of Southeast Community Park (PARKS / WH).

Consider and Act Upon the Ordinance Approving Revised Figures for Fiscal Year 2013-2014 and Adopting a Budget and Appropriating Resources for the Frisco Community Development Corporation Budget Year Beginning October 1, 2014 (FIN / KS).

Consider and act upon the appointment of a member of the Board of Directors to serve on the Artist Selection Committee for the public art project for the Frisco Athletic Center Expansion (PARKS / DR).

Discussion regarding future agenda items.

CLOSED SESSION

Recess into Closed Session in compliance with Section 551.001 et. seq. Texas Government Code, to wit;

Section 551.072. To deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property located:

South of US 380, North of The Colony city limits and North of SH 121, East of FM 423, and West of Preston Road.

Section 551.087. Deliberation regarding commercial or financial information that the City has received from a business prospect and to deliberate the offer or other incentives to a business prospect.

Reconvene into Regular Session and take any action necessary as a result of the Closed Session.
