Discuss and give staff direction upon a request for Community Development Corporation participation in the City House-Frisco Project, to be generally located in the area of Collin College, Preston Ridge Campus.
Consider potential participation in a matching financial contribution for infrastructure development for the Museum of the American Railroad (CMO / HJH).
Consider and act upon Community Development Corporation participation in a matching financial contribution.
Consider and act upon adoption of a Resolution directing publication of notice of projects and notice of public hearing for the expenditure of funds for Community Development Corporation participation in a matching financial contribution for infrastructure development at the Museum of the American Railroad for the purposes of economic and community development.
Presentation of the Semi-Annual Report by the Frisco Association of the Arts and Sci-Tech Discovery Center regarding the operations of the Frisco Discovery Center.
Consider and act upon adoption of the Fiscal Year 2013-2014 Frisco Discovery Center Annual Operating Budget (CMO / BB).
Consider and Act Upon an Ordinance Approving Revised Figures for Fiscal Year 2012-2013 and Adopting a Budget and Appropriating Resources for the Frisco Community Development Corporation Budget Year Beginning October 1, 2013 (FIN / KS).
Consider and act upon appointments from the Frisco Community Development Corporation Board of Directors to serve on the Parks, Recreation and Open Space Master Plan Update Steering Committee (PARKS / RW).
Discuss and give staff direction regarding the potential expansion of the Ruff Range Dog Park at B.F. Phillips Community Park (PARKS / RW).
Discussion regarding future agenda items.
CLOSED SESSION
Recess into Closed Session in compliance with Section 551.001 et. seq. Texas Government Code, to wit;
Section 551.072. To deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property located:
South of US 380, North of The Colony city limits and North of SH 121, East of FM 423, and West of Preston Road.
Section 551.087. Deliberation regarding commercial or financial information that the City has received from a business prospect and to deliberate the offer or other incentives to a business prospect.
Reconvene into Regular Session and take any action necessary as a result of the Closed Session.
