REGULAR AGENDA

Discuss and give staff direction on the Proposals submitted for the Operations of the Frisco Discovery Center Back-of-House (CMO / BB).

Museum of the American Railroad Project Status Update (CMO / HJH).

Consider and act upon ratifying a Construction Cost Sharing Agreement by and between the City of Frisco, Texas, Frisco Community Development Corporation, Blue Star HQ, Inc. and Blue Star Frisco related to Work Authorization #2 for the construction of utilities and roadways and authorizing the City Manager to execute (CMO / RP).

Consider and act upon a Project Budget Amendment for Harold Bacchus Community Park Phase 3 Improvements and a Project Budget Amendment for the Frisco Athletic Center Expansion to include Public Art Projects (PARKS / DR).

Consider and act upon the award of Proposals for the asbestos remediation of the Weir Property Residence and the demolition of the Weir Property Residence and authorizing City staff to proceed with the work relating to the Project.

Discussion regarding future agenda items.

CLOSED SESSION

Recess into Closed Session in compliance with Section 551.001 et. seq. Texas Government Code, to wit;

Section 551.072. To deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property located:

South of US 380, North of The Colony city limits and North of SH 121, East of FM 423, and West of Preston Road.

Section 551.087. Deliberation regarding commercial or financial information that the City has received from a business prospect and to deliberate the offer or other incentives to a business prospect.

Reconvene into Regular Session and take any action necessary as a result of the Closed Session.
