Consider and act upon a resolution authorizing execution of a project agreement between the City of Frisco and the Frisco Community Development Corporation in connection with a special event center project, and resolving other matters related thereto.

Consider and act upon approval of a Construction Cost Sharing Agreement by and between the City of Frisco, Texas, Frisco Community Development Corporation, Blue Star HQ, Inc., and Blue Star Frisco related to Work Authorization #1 for Civil Earthwork or Mass Grading and authorizing the City Manager to execute (CMO / RP).

Discussion of the Fiscal Year 2014-2015 Frisco Community Development Corporation Annual Budget and 7-Year Plan (CMO / NL).

Discussion of the Fiscal Year 2014-2015 Annual Operating Budget for the Frisco Discovery Center (CMO / BB).

Discuss and give staff direction on the Proposals submitted for the Operations of the Frisco Discovery Center Back-of-House (CMO / BB).

Discuss and give staff direction on the Renewal of the Lease Agreement by and between the Frisco Community Development Corporation and Sci-Tech Discovery Center (CMO / BB).

Discussion regarding future agenda items.

CLOSED SESSION

Recess into Closed Session in compliance with Section 551.001 et. seq. Texas Government Code, to wit;

Section 551.072. To deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property located:

South of US 380, North of The Colony city limits and North of SH 121, East of FM 423, and West of Preston Road.

Section 551.087. Deliberation regarding commercial or financial information that the City has received from a business prospect and to deliberate the offer or other incentives to a business prospect.

Reconvene into Regular Session and take any action necessary as a result of the Closed Session.
