REGULAR AGENDA

Public Hearing regarding the expenditure of funds for the Frisco Community Development Corporation's participation in funding a portion of the REX Real Estate Commission Agreement related to the Master Development Agreement for Facilities and Related Improvements by and between the City of Frisco, Texas and Blue Star Stadium, Inc., Blue Star HQ, Inc. and Blue Star Frisco, LP. for the purposes of economic and community development.

Complete an on-site tour of the Frisco Discovery Center.

Consider and act upon the expenditure of funds for the Corporation's participation in (i) a Real Estate Purchase Contract by and between the Corporation and the Frisco Independent School District for the purchase of approximately 23.841? acres of real property, situated in the J.T. Johnson Survey, Abstract No. 490, Frisco, Collin County, Texas, and generally located west of Independence High School (Independence Parkway) and south of Eldorado Parkway, in the amount of $1,668,870, approximately, for the purpose of facilitating development of said property for park and park facilities and open space improvements, furthering the recreational needs of the citizens of the City in the area and generally in accordance with the City's Parks and Recreation Master Plan; and (ii) a Performance Agreement by and between the Corporation and BOH Willow South TX, L.P. to provide economic assistance to BOH Willow South TX, L.P, by conveying 12.043? acres of real property out of the tract described in (i) above in exchange for BOH Willow South TX, L.P. constructing certain park improvements on the remaining 11.798? acres of real property out of the tract described in (ii) above.

Consider and act upon authorizing the General Manager to execute the Real Estate Purchase Contract by and between the Frisco Community Development Corporation and the Frisco Independent School District, and authorizing the General Manager to execute the Performance Agreement by and between the Frisco Community Development Corporation and BOH Willow South TX, L.P.

Consider and act upon adoption of a Resolution directing publication of notice of projects and notice of public hearing for the expenditure of funds for the Corporation's participation in a (i) Real Estate Purchase Contract by and between the Corporation and the Frisco Independent School District for the purchase of approximately 23.841? acres of real property, in the amount of $1,668,870.00, approximately; and (ii) a Performance Agreement by and between the Corporation and BOH Willow South TX, L.P.

Consider and act upon the appointment of a member of the Community Development Corporation Board of Directors to serve on the Artist Selection Committee for the Public Art Project for Harold Bacchus Community Park, Phase 3 (PARKS / DR).

Discuss and give staff direction regarding a proposed Project Budget Amendment for Harold Bacchus Community Park, Phase 3 (PARKS / DR).

Discussion regarding future agenda items.

Recess into Closed Session in compliance with Section 551.001 et. seq. Texas Government Code, to wit;

Section 551.072. To deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property located:

South of US 380, North of The Colony city limits and North of SH 121, East of FM 423, and West of Preston Road.

South of US 380, North of Main Street, East of Preston Road and West of Custer Road.

Section 551.087. Deliberation regarding commercial or financial information that the City has received from a business prospect and to deliberate the offer or other incentives to a business prospect.

Reconvene into Regular Session and take any action necessary as a result of the Closed Session.
