REGULAR AGENDA

Public Hearing regarding the expenditure of funds for the Frisco Community Development Corporation's participation in the development of facilities and related infrastructure improvements subject to the Master Development Agreement by and between the City of Frisco, Texas and Blue Star Stadium, Inc., Blue Star HQ, Inc. and Blue Star Frisco, LP., generally located on a 91.645 acre tract at the northwest corner of Warren Parkway and the Dallas North Tollway, for purposes of developing recreational facilities, economic development and community development.

Public Hearing regarding the expenditure of funds for the Frisco Community Development Corporation's participation in a matching financial contribution for infrastructure development at the Museum of the American Railroad for the purposes of economic development and community development.

Consider and act upon approval of the REX Real Estate Commission Agreement related to the Master Development Agreement for Facilities and Related Improvements by and between the City of Frisco, Texas and Blue Star Stadium, Inc., Blue Star HQ, Inc., and Blue Star Frisco, LP and a Resolution directing publication of notice of projects and notice of public hearing for the expenditure of funds for the Frisco Community Development Corporation participation in funding a portion of the Agreement for the purposes of economic and community development.

Consider and act upon approval of an Agreement by and between the City of Frisco, Texas and the Frisco Community Development Corporation to acquire a 50% undivided interest in approximately 12? acres of land surrounding the ballpark purchased from SSR Collin Land, LP and authorizing the Operations Manager to execute the Agreement.

Update on the Hope Park Project.

Consider and act upon adoption of the Fiscal Year 2013-2014 Frisco Discovery Center Annual Operating Budget (CMO / BB).

Discussion regarding future agenda items.

CLOSED SESSION

Recess into Closed Session in compliance with Section 551.001 et. seq. Texas Government Code, to wit;

Section 551.072. To deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property located:

South of US 380, North of The Colony city limits and North of SH 121, East of FM 423, and West of Preston Road.

Section 551.087. Deliberation regarding commercial or financial information that the City has received from a business prospect and to deliberate the offer or other incentives to a business prospect.

Reconvene into Regular Session and take any action necessary as a result of the Closed Session.
