Consider and act upon adoption of a Resolution directing publication of notice of projects and notice of public hearing for the expenditure of funds for the Frisco Community Development Corporation participation the development of facilities and related infrastructure improvements subject to the Master Development Agreement by and between the City of Frisco, Texas and Blue Star Stadium, Inc., Blue Star HQ, Inc. and Blue Star Frisco, LP., generally located on a 91.645 acre tract at the northwest corner of Warren Parkway and the Dallas North Tollway, for purposes of the development of recreational facilities, economic development and community development.
