Consider and act upon approval of the Minutes of the April 18, 2013 Regular Meeting of the Board.

Monthly Report on the Construction and Status of Capital Projects within the Parks and Recreation Department.

Financial and budgetary update.

REGULAR AGENDA

Consider and Act Upon a Performance Agreement between the Frisco Community Development Corporation, Sales Center Development Concepts VIII, LLC and eDepot, LLC.

Consider and act upon a request(s) by Sci-Tech Discovery Center to:

Fund and execute an expansion of the current Sci-Tech Discovery Center lease space by approximately 3,800/sf; and

Extension of the Sci-Tech Discovery Center lease with the following amendments:

Incorporation of the additional 3,800/sf of lease space; and

Suspension of utility bill payments for three (3) years with funding from the CDC; and

Lease the additional 3,800/sf of lease space at a rate to be specified; and

First right-of-refusal on all space vacated by Frisco Arts in the future; and

Limited "no-cost" use of the back-of-house space.

Consider and act upon back-of-house and theatre lease space improvements to include the installation of a "to-deck" sound wall.

Update on the Museum of the American Railroad Project.

Discussion regarding future agenda items.

CLOSED SESSION

Recess into Closed Session in compliance with Section 551.001 et. seq. Texas Government Code, to wit;

Section 551.072. To deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property located:

South of US 380, North of The Colony city limits and North of SH 121, East of FM 423, and West of Preston Road.

Section 551.087. Deliberation regarding commercial or financial information that the City has received from a business prospect and to deliberate the offer or other incentives to a business prospect.

Reconvene into Regular Session and take any action necessary as a result of the Closed Session.
