Presentation from Frisco Noon Lions Club regarding the future relocation of the Frisco Farmers Market.
Consider and act upon a proposed loan from North Dallas Bank & Trust to re-finance the current balance on the loan of the Corporation with GE Capital, which loan will be secured by the 91 acre tract owned by the Corporation and located at the northwest corner of Warren Parkway and the North Dallas Tollway, and authorizing George Purefoy, as the representative of the Corporation, to negotiate and execute any and all documents necessary to complete the proposed loan transaction.
Consider and act upon funding for water well projects at City Parks (CMO / HJH).
Discussion regarding future agenda items.
CLOSED SESSION
Recess into Closed Session in compliance with Section 551.001 et. seq. Texas Government Code, to wit;
Section 551.072. To deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property located:
South of US 380, North of The Colony city limits and North of SH 121, East of FM 423, and West of Preston Road.
Section 551.087. Deliberation regarding commercial or financial information that the City has received from a business prospect and to deliberate the offer or other incentives to a business prospect.
Reconvene into Regular Session and take any action necessary as a result of the Closed Session.
