REGULAR AGENDA
Hold a public hearing under Section 505.159 of the Texas Local Government Code, to consider and act upon a proposed Performance Agreement between the Penah Entertainment Corporation, DBA Eisenbergs Skatepark and the Frisco Community Development Corporation.
Consider and act upon an amendment to the Ordinance adopting the Fiscal Year 2012 Frisco Community Development Corporation Budget (CMO / NL).
Consider and act upon the acceptance of the FCDC statements in the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR).
Consider and act upon authorizing the City Manager to execute an electric easement on Harold Bacchus Community Park (PARKS / DR).
Discuss and give staff direction to staff regarding Creekside Village (PARKS / DR).
Discussion regarding future agenda items.
CLOSED SESSION
Recess into Closed Session in compliance with Section 551.001 et. seq. Texas Government Code, to wit;
Section 551.072. To deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property located:
South of US 380, North of The Colony city limits and North of SH 121, East of FM 423, and West of Preston Road.
Section 551.087. Deliberation regarding commercial or financial information that the City has received from a business prospect and to deliberate the offer or other incentives to a business prospect.
Reconvene into Regular Session and take any action necessary as a result of the Closed Session.
