REGULAR AGENDA

Discussion with staff regarding communications and media relations relating to the Community Development Corporation (CMR / DBH).

Consider and act upon approval of the Fiscal Year 2011-2012 Operating Budget for the Frisco Discovery Center (CMO / RP).

Discussion with staff regarding the status of construction on the back-of-house improvements at the Frisco Discovery Center (CMO / RP).

Discussion regarding future agenda items.

CLOSED SESSION

Recess into Closed Session in compliance with Section 551.001 et. seq. Texas Government Code, to wit;

Section 551.071. Meeting with the City Attorney regarding a matter(s) in which the duty of the City Attorney under the Texas Disciplinary rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas conflicts with the Open Meetings Act regarding legal issues related to the agreement(s) by and between the City of Frisco, Texas, the Frisco Community Development Corporation and the Museum of the American Railroad.

Section 551.072. To deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property located:

South of US 380, North of The Colony city limits and North of SH 121, East of FM 423, and West of Hillcrest Road.

One or more parcels of land totaling 91.645 acres located at the northwest corner of Warren Parkway and the Dallas Parkway (Dallas North Tollway).

Section 551.087. Deliberation regarding commercial or financial information that the City has received from a business prospect and to deliberate the offer or other incentives to a business prospect.

Reconvene into Regular Session and take any action necessary as a result of the Closed Session.
