Consider and act upon adoption of a Resolution ratifying the land purchase of 91.645 acres located at the northwest corner of Warren Parkway and the Dallas Parkway (Dallas North Tollway) (CMO/NL).
Discussion with City staff regarding the Wayfinding Signage Plan (CMO/HJH).
Presentation of 2011 1st Quarter Report by the Frisco Association for the Arts regarding the operations of the Frisco Discovery Center.
Discussion with City staff of possible Disc Golf Course at B.F. Phillips Community Park (Parks/DR).
Discussion regarding future agenda items.
CLOSED SESSION
Recess into Closed Session in compliance with Section 551.001 et. seq. Texas Government Code, to wit;
Section 551.072. To deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value or real property located:
South of U.S. 380, North of The Colony city limits and North of S.H. 121, East of F.M. 423, and west of Preston Road.
Section 551.087. Deliberation regarding commercial or financial information that the City has received from a business prospect and to deliberate the offer or other incentives to a business prospect.
Reconvene into Regular Session and take any action necessary as a result of the Closed Session.
