Presentation of Fiscal Year 2010-2011 2nd Quarter Report by the Frisco Association of the Arts and Sci-Tech Discovery Center regarding the operations of the Frisco Discovery Center.
Discuss and give staff direction on the renewal of the lease for the Weir Property Residence.
Consider and act upon approval of a project for back-of-house improvements to the Frisco Discovery Center and authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to accept and execute all required proposals\quotes for various services related to these improvements. (CMO/RP)
Consider and act upon authorization for the City Manager to execute an agreement for the installation of split rail wooden fencing at Warren Sports Complex (Parks / DR).
Discussion regarding future agenda items.
CLOSED SESSION
Recess into Closed Session in compliance with Section 551.001 et. seq. Texas Government Code, to wit;
Section 551.072. To deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value or real property located:
South of US 380, North of The Colony city limits and North of SH 121, East of FM 423, and West of Hillcrest Road.
Section 551.087. Deliberation regarding commercial or financial information that the City has received from a business prospect and to deliberate the offer or other incentives to a business prospect.
Reconvene into Regular Session and take any action necessary as a result of the Closed Session.
