Discuss and give staff direction on the potential expansion of the Dog Park (Ruff Range).
Consider and act on providing direction to staff regarding potential participation with the Frisco Heritage Association in the relocation of the Old Frisco Jail to Frisco Junction.

Discuss and give staff direction regarding the potential development of an outdoor skateboard facility.
Consider and Act Upon a Performance Agreement by and between the Frisco Community Development Corporation and Sales Center Development Concepts VIII, LLC.
Discuss and give staff direction regarding the Weir Property Residence.
Discussion regarding future agenda items.
CLOSED SESSION
Recess into Closed Session in compliance with Section 551.001 et. seq. Texas Government Code, to wit;
Section 551.072. To deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property located:
South of US 380, North of The Colony city limits and North of SH 121, East of FM 423, and West of Preston Road.
Section 551.087. Deliberation regarding commercial or financial information that the City has received from a business prospect and to deliberate the offer or other incentives to a business prospect.
Reconvene into Regular Session and take any action necessary as a result of the Closed Session.
