Consider and act upon approval of the Minutes of the February 16, 2012 Regular Meeting of the Board.

REGULAR AGENDA

Consider and act upon a request from Frisco Arts for the Frisco Community Development Corporation to approve a sponsorship for the Frisco Arts Gala Event.

Consider and act upon authorization for the City Manager to submit an application for the voluntary annexation of a 4.997? acre tract of land situated in the M.E.P. & P.R.R. Company No. 5 Survey, Abstract 914, Denton County, Texas.

Discussion regarding future agenda items.

CLOSED SESSION

Recess into Closed Session in compliance with Section 551.001 et. seq. Texas Government Code, to wit;

Section 551.072. To deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property located:

South of US 380, North of The Colony city limits and North of SH 121, East of FM 423, and West of Preston Road.

Section 551.087. Deliberation regarding commercial or financial information that the City has received from a business prospect and to deliberate the offer or other incentives to a business prospect.

Reconvene into Regular Session and take any action necessary as a result of the Closed Session.
