Discussion regarding potential expansion of the Frisco Athletic Center Outdoor Aquatic Area (PARKS / SW).

Discuss and give staff direction on the prioritization of anticipated future expenditures.

Consider and act upon an Amendment to the Fiscal Year 2012-2013 Community Development Corporation Annual Budget (CMO / NL).

Consider and act upon Approval of Contract to Purchase fifty (50) acres of land from the Frisco Independent School District.

Consider and act upon a recommendation from the Board of Directors Appointed Committee regarding the FCDC Community Grant Program.

Status report on the Museum of the American Railroad Project (CMO / HJH).

Status report on the Frisco Miniature Railroad Project (CMO / HJH).

Discussion regarding future agenda items.

CLOSED SESSION

Recess into Closed Session in compliance with Section 551.001 et. seq. Texas Government Code, to wit;

Section 551.071. Meeting with City Attorney regarding a matter(s) in which the duty of the City Attorney under the Texas Disciplinary rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas conflicts with the Open Meetings Act regarding:

Receive legal advice regarding legal issues concerning the development of land and the implementation of economic development.

Section 551.072. To deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property located:

South of US 380, North of The Colony city limits and North of SH 121, East of FM 423, and West of Preston Road.

Section 551.087. Deliberation regarding commercial or financial information that the City has received from a business prospect and to deliberate the offer or other incentives to a business prospect.

Section 551.087. Discuss and deliberate commercial or financial information that the City has received from a business prospect that seeks to locate in the City and with which the City is conducting economic development negotiations.

Reconvene into Regular Session and take any action necessary as a result of the Closed Session.
