REGULAR AGENDA

Consider adoption of a Resolution authorizing the issuance of Frisco Community Development Corporation Sales Tax Revenue Bonds; establishing procedures and delegating authority for the sale and delivery of the bonds; providing for the security for and payment of said bonds; approving a sales tax remittance agreement; providing an effective date; and enacting other provisions relating to the subject (CMO / NL).

Presentation of the Semi-Annual Report by the Frisco Association of the Arts and Sci-Tech Discovery Center regarding the operations of the Frisco Discovery Center.

Consider and act upon the Fiscal Year 2012-2013 Operating Budget for the Frisco Discovery Center (CMO / RP).

Consider and act upon an Amendment to the Fiscal Year 2012-2013 Community Development Corporation Annual Budget (CMO / NL).

Discuss and give staff direction on the FCDC Community Matching Grant Program.

Status report on the Frisco Miniature Railroad Project (CMO / HJH).

Discussion regarding future agenda items.

CLOSED SESSION

Recess into Closed Session in compliance with Section 551.001 et. seq. Texas Government Code, to wit;

Section 551.072. To deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property located:

South of US 380, North of The Colony city limits and North of SH 121, East of FM 423, and West of Preston Road.

Section 551.087. Deliberation regarding commercial or financial information that the City has received from a business prospect and to deliberate the offer or other incentives to a business prospect.

Reconvene into Regular Session and take any action necessary as a result of the Closed Session.
