Consider and act upon approval of the Minutes of the May 10, 2012 Joint Parks and Recreation Board and Community Development Corporation Meeting, the May 10, 2012 Regular Meeting of the Board, the May 24, 2012 Special Meeting of the Board, the June 4, 2012 Special Meeting of the Board and the June 11, 2012 Special Meeting of the Board.

Monthly Report on the Construction and Status of Capital Projects within the Parks and Recreation Department.

Financial and budgetary update.

REGULAR AGENDA

Public Hearing: Project to acquire approximately 50 acres of land wrapping the southeast corner of Legacy Drive and Cotton Gin Road, Frisco, Denton County, Texas, for economic development purposes.

Public Hearing: Project to acquire approximately 95 acres of land situated in the Stewart Creek Business Park Addition, and generally located in the northeast quadrant of the BNSF Railroad and the Dallas North Tollway, Frisco, Collin County, Texas, for economic development purposes.

Consider and act upon approval of an Agreement with First Southwest Company for Financial Advisory Services (CMO / NL).

Consider and act upon possible revisions to the Performance Agreement by and between the Frisco Community Development Corporation and Penah Entertainment Corporation, dba Eisenbergs Skatepark (CMO / HJH).

Discuss and give staff direction on the Fiscal Year 2012-2013 Operating Budget for the Frisco Discovery Center (FAA / SR).

Discuss and give staff direction on the Fiscal Year 2012-2013 Community Development Corporation Annual Budget (CMO / NL).

Discuss and give staff direction regarding the Community Development Corporation's sponsorship for the Hope Park Project (AB).

Update regarding the Museum of the American Railroad (CMO / HJH).

Consider and act upon approval of a Professional Services Agreement by and between the Frisco Community Development Corporation and Magill Associates for design services relating to the potential renovations of the Frisco Discovery Center Back-of-House (CMO / HJH).

Consider and act upon a recommendation to the City Council regarding the approval of a Construction, Maintenance and Use Agreement by and between the City of Frisco and the Dallas Off-Road Bicycle Association (DORBA) for the development and maintenance of hike and bike trails within Northwest Community Park (PARKS / JED).

Discussion regarding future agenda items.

CLOSED SESSION

Recess into Closed Session in compliance with Section 551.001 et. seq. Texas Government Code, to wit;

Section 551.072. To deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property located:

South of US 380, North of The Colony city limits and North of SH 121, East of FM 423, and West of Preston Road.

Section 551.087. Deliberation regarding commercial or financial information that the City has received from a business prospect and to deliberate the offer or other incentives to a business prospect.

Reconvene into Regular Session and take any action necessary as a result of the Closed Session.
