REGULAR AGENDA
Presentation of Fiscal Year 2010-2011 3rd Quarter Report by the Frisco Association of the Arts and Sci-Tech Discovery Center regarding the operations of the Frisco Discovery Center.
Consider and act upon amending the project budget for the back-of-house improvements project at the Frisco Discovery Center, and authorize the City Manager or his designee to accept and execute proposals / quotes for various services related to these improvements (CMO / RP).
Discussion regarding future agenda items.
CLOSED SESSION
Recess into Closed Session in compliance with Section 551.001 et. seq. Texas Government Code, to wit;
Section 551.072. To deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value or real property located:
South of US 380, North of The Colony city limits and North of SH 121, East of FM 423, and West of Hillcrest Road.
Section 551.087. Deliberation regarding commercial or financial information that the City has received from a business prospect and to deliberate the offer or other incentives to a business prospect.
Reconvene into Regular Session and take any action necessary as a result of the Closed Session.
