Consider and act upon a Preliminary Plat for Richwoods, Phase 23, consisting of 79 Single Family lots on 20.1 + acres on the southwest corner of the intersection of Inspiration Avenue and Derry Drive.
Consider and act upon a Preliminary Plat for Newland/Eland Addition, consisting of 441 Single Family lots on 157.4 + acres on the west side of Fields Road, 750 + feet south of US 380.
Consider and act upon a Site Plan for Frisco Square, Block B-1, Lots B-1 ?10R, consisting of 275 Multi-Family units 4.5 + acres on the northeast corner Frisco Square Boulevard and World Cup Way.
