Consider and act upon approval of the Minutes from the September 12, 2013 Regular Meeting of the Parks and Recreation Board.
RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
Consider and act upon a Preliminary Plat for Phillips Creek Ranch, Weston, Ph. 2, consisting of 51 Single Family lots, on 20.1 +/- acres on the northeast corner of Stonebrook Parkway and Reinsman Road.
Consider and act upon a Preliminary Plat for Kingswood Village, Ph. 4, consisting of 50 Single Family lots, on 18.0 +/- acres on the east side of Rock Creek Parkway and 400 +/- feet south of Lebanon Road.
Consider and act upon a Preliminary Plat for Crown Ridge, Ph. 4A and 4B, consisting of 170 Single Family lots on 48.0 +/- acres on the north side of Corinth Lane, 850 +/- feet east of Preston Road.
Consider and act upon a Site Plan for Chapel Creek Apartments, consisting of 304 multi-family units, on 16.9 +/- acres on the northwest corner of Lebanon Road and Park Boulevard.

Consider and act upon a recommendation from the Park Naming Committee to approve a name for the hike and bike trail that will connect with the City of McKinney and Custer Road, westward to the Northeast Community Park site and beyond.
Consider and act upon a recommendation from the Park Naming Committee to approve a name for the hike and bike trail beginning at North County Road and extending westward along Cottonwood Creek to the Cottonwood Creek Linear Park.
Consider and act upon a recommendation from the Park Naming Committee to approve a name for the neighborhood park found within the Miramonte development.
Consider and act upon a recommendation from the Park Naming Committee to approve a name for the neighborhood park found at the southwest corner of Stonebrook Parkway and Teel Parkway.
Discussion and review of the Park Development Plan by Staff and the Board.
Consider and act on possible revisions to the Park Development Plan.
Consider and act upon the appointment of a Parks and Recreation Board representative to the Frisco Bicycling Committee.
Consider and act upon the election of a Chair for the 2013-14 term for the Parks and Recreation Board.
Consider and act upon the election of a Vice Chair for the 2013-14 term for the Parks and Recreation Board.
