APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Consider and act upon approval of the Minutes from the August 8, 2013 Regular Meeting of the Parks and Recreation Board.
REGULAR AGENDA
Consider and act upon the prioritization of possible development components for the expansion of the Ruff Range Dog Park at B.F. Phillips Community Park.
Discussion with Staff and the Board regarding direction from the City Council on the development of a skateboard park and BMX facility.
Discussion with Staff and the Board regarding interim development of the Northwest Community Park site.
Discussion with Staff and the Board regarding direction from the City Council on the Comprehensive Parks and Recreation Ordinance.
Discussion and review of the Park Development Plan by Staff and the Board.
Consider and act upon possible revisions to the Park Development Plan.

Consider and act upon a Preliminary Plat for Frisco Lakes by Del Webb, Villages 30, 31 and 32, consisting of 321 Single Family lots on 110.1 +/- acres on the north side of West Stonebrook Parkway, 800 +/- feet west of Wickford Trail.
Consider and act upon a Preliminary Plat for Prairie View, Phases 1, 2A and 2B, consisting of 466 Single Family lots on 163.5 +/- acres on the northwest corner of Panther Creek Parkway and Hillcrest Road.
Consider and act upon a Preliminary Plat for Miramonte, Phases 2, 3, 4 and 5, consisting of 586 Single Family lots on 210.3 +/- acres on the northeast corner of Panther Creek Parkway and Hillcrest Road.
