Consider and act upon approval of the Minutes from the July 10, 2014 Regular Meeting of the Parks and Recreation Board.
RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
Consider and act upon a Site Plan for PCR ? Urban Living Tract, B1, A, Lt 1, consisting of 219 Multi-Family units on 13.9 +/- acres located on the east side of FM 432, 1,100 +/- feet north of Lebanon Road.
Consider and act upon a Preliminary Plat for Bretton Woods, Phases 1-4, consisting of 124 Single-Family lots on 84.1 +/- acres located on the east side of Preston Road, 2,700 +/- feet north of Rockhill Parkway.
REGULAR AGENDA
Presentation by Gary Hartwell, Director of Public Works regarding current water conservation efforts and forecasted water resources for 2014-2015.
Discussion by Staff and the Board to receive direction regarding the naming and funding for hike and bike trail segments at Frisco Commons Park.
Update by Staff on the development work to be completed by the U.S. Army National Guard at the Northwest Community Park site in September 2014.
Discussion by Staff and the Board regarding the development of Boulder Draw Park site.
Discussion and review of the Park Development Plan by Staff and the Board.
Consider and act upon possible revisions to the Park Development Plan.
Update by Staff regarding the possible development of a signage program for Park and Recreation facilities.
