Consider and act upon a Preliminary Plat for Frisco Lakes by Del Webb, Village 3, consisting of 91 Single Family lots on 21.4 +/- acres on the west side of Chalk Bluff Drive, 1,300 +/- feet south of West Stonebrook Parkway.
Consider and act upon a Preliminary Plat for Frisco Lakes by Del Webb, Village 5, Phases 1 & 2, consisting of 114 Single Family lots on 35.5 +/- acres on the south side of Crown Park Lane, 220 +/- feet west of Marsalis Lane.
Consider and act upon a Site Plan Final Plat for Centre at Preston Ridge, Cool Springs 2, consisting of 290 Multi-Family units on 5.6 +/- acres on the north side of Gaylord Parkway, 250 +/- feet east of Parkwood Boulevard.
