Update by Arneva Martin, of the Frisco Athletic Network regarding progress on the marketing of sport organizations in the City of Frisco.
Update by Staff regarding the Parks, Recreation and Open Space Master Plan revision.
Discussion and review of the Park Development Plan by Staff and the Board.
Consider and act upon possible revisions to the Park Development Plan.
RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
Consider and act upon a Preliminary Plat for Newman Village, Phase 3, consisting of 103 Single Family lots on 54.9 +/- acres on the west side of Legacy Drive, 1,050 +/- feet south of Panther Creek Parkway.
Consider and act upon a Preliminary Plat for Bretton Woods, consisting of 119 Single-Family units on 86.1 +/- acres on the east side of Preston Road, 2,700 +/- feet north of Rockhill Parkway.
Consider and act upon a Preliminary Plat for Richwoods, Phase 22, consisting of 95 Single-Family units on 25.0 +/- acres on the southeast corner of College Parkway and Coit Road.
