Consider and act upon approval of the Minutes from the January 9, 2014 Regular Meeting of the Parks and Recreation Board.

Discussion by Staff and the Parks and Recreation Board regarding the function and design for the future BMX Facility to be located at the Northwest Community Park site.
Update by Staff regarding the Parks, Recreation and Open Space Master Plan revision.
Update by Staff regarding the Phase 3 proposed improvements to Harold Bacchus Community Park.
Discussion and review of the Park Development Plan by Staff and the Board.
Consider and act upon possible revisions to the Park Development Plan.

Consider and act upon a Preliminary Plat for Phillips Creek Ranch, Waterton, Ph. 4, consisting of 57 Single Family units on 10.9 +/- acres on the southwest corner of Angel Falls Drive and Otis Drive.
