Consider and act upon a Preliminary Site Plan for Frisco Sports Complex, Block F, Lot 1, and Block B, consisting of 365 Multi Family Lots on 7.0 +/- acres on the southwest corner of Hicks Drive and Diamond Drive, and on 1.8 +/- acres on the northwest corner of Hicks Drive and Avenue of the Stars.
