Consider and act upon a Preliminary Plat for Quail Meadow Village, Phase 3, consisting of 62 Single Family lots on 17.8 +/- acres on the northeast corner of Teel Parkway and Lebanon Road.
Consider and act upon a Preliminary Plat for Twin Creeks, consisting of 109 Single Family lots on 82.2 +/- acres on the north and south sides of Rock Creek Parkway, 1,775 +/- feet southwest of Lebanon Road.
Consider and act upon a Preliminary Plat for Villages of Stonelake Estates, Phases 2A - 4B, consisting of 286 Single Family lots on 102.9 +/- acres on the east side of Independence Parkway, 1,100 +/- feet south of Eldorado Parkway.
