Consider and act upon a Preliminary Plat for Independence Estates, consisting of 83 Single Family lots on 24.1+/- acres on the east side of Independence Parkway, 1,600+/- feet north of Eldorado Parkway.

Update by Staff regarding the Neighborhood Public Meeting held on April 30th, 2012, regarding a possible Hike and Bike Trail in The Dominions at Panther Creek.
Discussion and review of the Park Development Plan by Staff and the Board.
Consider and act on possible revisions to the Park Development Plan.
Discussion by Staff and the Board regarding a possible meeting location change for the June 14, 2012 Meeting.
Review and discussion by the Parks and Recreation Board related to Article VIII, Section 8.01 of the City Charter pertaining to Board Member absenteeism.
Consider and act upon the excusal of absences for Board Members not in compliance with Article VIII, Section 8.01 of the City of Frisco's City Charter.
