Consider and act upon approval of the Minutes from the July 12, 2012 Regular Meeting of the Parks and Recreation Board.
RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
Consider and act upon a Preliminary Plat for Diamond Point Estates, consisting of 53 Single Family lots on 17.0+/- acres on the west side of Legacy Drive, 1,700+/- feet north of Stonebrook Parkway.
Consider and act upon a Preliminary Plat for Kingswood Village, consisting of 150 Single Family lots on 53.3+/- acres on the southwest corner of Lebanon Road and Rock Creek Parkway.
Consider and act upon a Preliminary Plat for Frisco Lakes at Del Webb, Village 6, consisting of 72 Single Family lots on 19.0+/- acres on the north side of Crown Park Lane, 1,520+/- feet west of Frisco Lakes Drive.
Consider and act upon a Preliminary Plat for Ridgeview at Panther Creek, Phases 2 & 3, consisting of 238 Single Family lots on 80.5+/- acres on the west side of Coit Road, 2,500+/- feet north of Eldorado Parkway.
