Consider and act upon approval of the Minutes from the August 13, 2009 Regular Parks and Recreation Board Meeting.

Review by staff and the Board regarding any action required for a temporary dog park as a result of the regular City Council meeting of August 18, 2009.
Consider and Act upon the approval of a Preliminary Plat for the Dominion at Panther Creek Phase Four B, consisting of 61 Single family units on 25.0+/- acres, located 3000' +/- north of Eldorado Parkway, 1,800' +/- west of Hillcrest Road.
Consider and Act upon the approval of a Preliminary Plat for Park Place Estates, Phase 1, consisting of 155 Single Family Units on 64 +/- acres, located on the east side of Cotton Gin Road, 4,200' +/- south of Main Street.
Discussion with Staff regarding a change order for the Shawnee Trail Sports Complex development project.
Consider and Act upon possible revision to the Park Development Plan as a result of discussion between staff and the Board.
