Consider and Act on the approval of the minutes from the preceding Downtown Advisory Board Meetings.

REPORTS

EXECUTIVE SESSION

Recess into Closed Session in compliance with Section 551.001 et. seq. Texas Government Code, to wit;

Section 551.071. Meeting with City Attorney regarding a matter(s) in which the duty of the City Attorney under the Texas Disciplinary rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas conflicts with the Open Meetings Act regarding:

Section 551.072. To deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value or real property located:

Section 551.087. Deliberation regarding commercial or financial information that the City has received from a business prospect and to deliberate the offer or other incentives to a business prospect.

Reconvene into Regular Session and take any action necessary as a result of the Closed Session.

REGULAR AGENDA

Possible action concerning Susanne Kerley, Board Member At Large.

Update and Report on Downtown Merchant meeting and discussion concerning their role or interaction with the Board.

Further Discussion on long term vision for OTC and possible need for a worksession to determine the new content for the vision document .

Update on meeting with Tony Felker concerning downtown issues. (Rick).

Review of Downtown Improvement Fund revenue projections and current financial.

Update from Rick Fletcher concerning possible need for a consultant and benchmarking with other cities.

Update from Kevin Lofgren concerning meeting with Dr. Johnson (downtown property owner).

Discussion concerning Silo property and property at NW corner of Main and Third Street.

Provide topics for future agendas.
