MINUTES
Consider and Act on the approval of the minutes from the preceding Downtown Advisory Board Meetings.
REPORTS
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Recess into Closed Session in compliance with Section 551.001 et. seq. Texas Government Code, to wit;
Section 551.087. Deliberation regarding commercial or financial information that the City has received from a business prospect and to deliberate the offer or other incentives to a business prospect.
Reconvene into Regular Session and take any action necessary as a result of the Closed Session.

Update and Report on Government Funds/Grants. (Suzanne Kerley)
Update and Report on Downtown Merchants. (Bob Messina)
Further Discussion on long term vision for OTC.
Discussion on gathering the right content to be published in updated vision document/powerpoint. (Kevin Lofgren and Shon Rathbone)
Discuss timing of Planning's presentation to DAB on new proposed zoning for OTC.
Discuss possible timing of tour of city-owned properties.
