Receive legal advice regarding status and recommended path forward regarding the proposed Brazos Electric Transmission Line routes affecting the City of Frisco.

Bordered by US 380 on the north, Dallas North Tollway on the west, Main Street on the South and Independence on the East.

Bordered by Lebanon on the north, Legacy on the west, Hillcrest on the east and SH121 on the South.

Section 551.074. Personnel Matters: Section 551.074 authorizes certain deliberations about officers and employees of the governmental body to be held in executive session:

Deliberate the appointment, duties and evaluation of members of the City Council regarding the Mayor Pro Tem and Deputy Mayor Pro Tem positions.

Section 551.087. Deliberation regarding commercial or financial information that the City has received from a business prospect and to deliberate the offer or other incentives to a business prospect.

Reconvene into Regular Session and take any action necessary as a result of the Closed Session.
