Consider and act upon a Preliminary Plat for Kingswood Village, consisting of 148 Single Family lots on 53.3+/- acres on the southwest corner of Lebanon Road and Rock Creek Parkway.
Consider and act upon a Preliminary Plat for The Heights at Rock Hill, consisting of 113 Single Family lots on 44.1+/- acres on the south side of Rock Hill Road, 350+/- feet west of Preston Road.
