Consider and act upon a Preliminary Plat for Richwoods, Phases 16 & 17, consisting of 122 Single Family Lots, on 35.0+/- acres on the northeast corner of Coit Road and College Parkway.
Consider and act upon a Preliminary Plat for Latera, Phases 2 & 3, consisting of 68 Single Family Lots, on 48.3+/- acres on the east side of Preston Road, 100+/- feet north of Vita Dolce Drive.
